Manage a group that designs and develops the organization's strategic plans.

Essential Functions

• Develop concepts into strategies, including quantitative analysis, and recommendations.
• Screens plans for strategic fit, feasibility and profitability, prior to presentation to senior management.
• Manages input from all major business units to facilitate the integration of individual business unit plans, best practices, global and multi-discipline perspectives.
• Responsible for managing human capital forecasting needs.
• Manages portfolios of projects held by the organization.
• Presents information regarding strategic plans and initiatives to senior and executive management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Five (5)+ years work experience in areas including, but not limited to, project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Demonstrated leadership ability. Strong communications and human relations skills.

Job Conditions

Some travel required.

Preferred Qualifications: • Lead a team of subject matter experts and technical resources to deliver data and analytics solutions. • Work across the CIDO organization to develop authoritative facts associated with enterprise demand, capacity, financials, and environments. • Strong understanding and experience in enterprise demand management. • Strong understanding and experience in data & analytics. • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive towards clarity. • Highly organized and able to lead teams effectively.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $9,208.38/month - $16,575.08/month New York Pay Range: $9,719.96/month - $16,575.08/month New York City Pay Range: $12,277.84/month - $16,575.08/month Colorado Pay Range: $9,719.96/month - $15,884.45/month

Additional Details: This position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
