Description

This position leads the development and implementation of the Platforms portfolio in support of the Platforms Strategic Portfolio Committee and Platforms Portfolio Execution Leadership forums. This position must demonstrate the ability to collaborate with peers, partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and monitor progress of Enterprise implementation.

Essential Functions

• Plan and facilitate enterprise alignment forums

• Support development and implementation of business agility frameworks (enterprise and common)

• Engage and collaborate with all levels of the enterprise (Executives, Senior Leadership, Portfolio leadership, Portfolio Execution Office and Portfolio Review Teams and other stakeholders) in execution of enterprise portfolio activities and business agility transformation activities.

Demonstrated experience in leading corporate initiatives (Program / Portfolio / Project Management)

• Knowledge and in-depth experience in an agile environment using SAFe and Lean Portfolio Management

• Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain and present complex information to all levels

• Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across the enterprise

• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand the larger company strategy

• Strong system thinking to support starting with the end in mind

• Ability to change priorities and respond to changing business objectives.

• High degree of independent leadership.

• Strong problem-solving skills


Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, math or directly related quantitative degree or related field.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years systems development experience which includes programming. Skill in one or more programming languages. If position is in mainframe environment, complex systems experience on IBM operating systems or microprocessors required. Experience in the technical design and development of major data processing projects. IMS experience. If position is in client/server environment, systems development experience to include distributed systems is required. Experience in client/server technology, object oriented (OO) development or case tools. Experience in the technical design and development of major client/server projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of software and engineering principles. Strong basic management, human relations, and communication skills.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $9,208.38/month - $16,575.08/month
