Full and Part-Time Positions. Christ Methodist Day School is hiring Instructional Assistants for the 2026-27 school year. Instructional Assistants work with grade-level teaching teams, as well as Encore teachers, to provide support and assistance during the school day. Duties can vary from providing teachers with administrative tasks, providing small-group instruction, assisting with school events and preparing materials and curriculum for instruction. Instructional Assistants should be compassionate, enjoy working with children, demonstrate excellent communication skills, be flexible concerning duties requested by faculty and administration, be self-motivated and a good manager of time and be a team player who works hard each day to support the CMDS school community.
