Under the supervision of the AOK@CMDS Director, counselors are responsible for the safety of campers and assist in the implementation of activities with their assigned groups. The counselor should actively participate in sports/games with children, and be able to effectively monitor behavior.This position is responsible for helping to maintain a safe, clean program site, ensuring a high level of program quality, and working to establish a positive relationship with all campers and co-counselors.
