JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Must have the ability to do the following reporting:
    • Monthly OCIP Payroll Reporting
    • Monthly employment statistical reports
    • Administer Employee Recognition program
    • Inflation Reduction Act reporting
    • National Maintenance Agreement reporting
    • EEO1 Reporting
    • VETs 4212 Reporting
    • Affirmative Action Program Maintenance
    • Generate and report various Work Comp Reports to states
    • Generate various reports for Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, organize, plan and execute daily duties according to importance.
  • Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
