Job Description

• Prepare and stage equipment for all load tests.
• Lead and work on the crew in performance of all load tests.
• Execute all work safely, with zero first aids or recordables. 
• Manage and train all team members who come under your direction.
• Support general yard activities when load testing is not occurring. 
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineering as needed.
• Reports to Logistics Manager.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Rigging skills required.
• Preferrable to have 2+ years of crane and rigging industry experience. 
• Preferrable to have 2+ years Foreman/Crew Leadership experience.
