Beyond mileage or salary additional pay will be made for:
• Loading & unloading equipment like small cranes, self-propelled platform trailers & fork lifts
• Tarping
• Extra nights out of town
• Safe driver bonus
• On time bonus

#5 New Equipment- Barnhart has spec’d out trucks we feel best suit the needs of hauling our equipment and has the most up to date driver conveniences and options. Assigned truck, no slip seating.
#6 Our Drivers- We are looking for special drivers, who take responsibility for their truck and the load. Drivers who like a challenge and take pride in their craft and their equipment they operate. We understand pulling flatbeds, double drops, step decks and RGNs is different than just pulling a dry van and the demands are also different. Barnhart is not the place for every driver. At the end of the day we want drivers that want to stay at Barnhart, build wealth through the 401K and take care of their families.
