Position Summary
Join us as a Senior Commercial Project Manager and lead the charge in optimizing our Store Operations processes. You'll design innovative business processes, manage strategic projects, and collaborate across functions to implement industry best practices.
In this role you’ll,
- Innovate and Improve: Design and recommend new business processes to boost efficiency.
- Lead and Manage: Direct, manage, and prioritize project plans, ensuring timely completion and implementation.

- Business Development: Relentlessly pursue new profitable business opportunities and enhance current accounts.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial statements and planning.
- Leadership Excellence: Demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
- Customer Focus: Create and execute customer development plans.
- Analytical Skills: Analyze sales reports and take appropriate actions.
- Financial Understanding: Comprehend P&L statements and gross profit.
- Communication and Negotiation: Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in a multi-unit management role.
- Deep understanding of store systems and processes.
- Ability to leverage new technologies for innovative solutions.
- Previous retail experience; automotive aftermarket retail experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
