Responsibilities:

Field incoming telephone calls and emails from customers, providing prompt and professional responses.

Communicate with customers via telephone and email regarding products, order details, and order status.

Assist customers with order tracking, shipment updates, and resolving concerns about delayed or missing packages.

Handle customer inquiries regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Retrieve items from inventory to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Prepare shipments by securely packaging items and labeling them for delivery according to company and carrier standards.

Document customer interactions, maintain records of issues, and update customer accounts as needed.

Collaborate with warehouse staff and logistics teams to resolve order-related issues effectively.
Requirements:

Must have call center experience and distribution center experience.

Familiarity with order fulfillment, shipping processes, or inventory management is a plus.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Shifts Available:

Wednesday through Saturday: 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM CST

Sunday through Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM CST
