AutoZone is seeking a talented Real Estate Development and Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves working closely with the Real Estate department to forecast sales, conduct competitive analysis, and present findings to various audiences. You’ll play a crucial role in driving the store development strategy for a Fortune 300 company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the Store Development strategy of a Fortune 300 company.
• Perform high-level studies using cutting-edge technology and data to forecast sales and understand market trends.
• Travel across the country to link map insights with real-time ground observations.
• Present recommendations directly to Executive-level committees on a weekly basis.
• Operate in a dynamic environment where creativity and flexible process improvement are encouraged and expected.
• Foster professional development and outside-the-box thinking to ensure well-rounded, on-complacent skill sets.
• Serve as the spatial analytics hub for the entire organization, ready to answer any question with a "where" component.

What We Look For:

• Confidence to present findings and recommendations to Executive-level audiences and respond to their questions directly.
• Critical thinking skills to see the big picture and understand how decisions affect the overall development strategy.
• Technical aptitude to learn and utilize the latest GIS and statistical tools for making recommendations and analyzing large datasets.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience conducting quantitative analysis.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in GIS, Market Research, Business Analytics, or a similar field.
• Strong technical skills.
• Experience using ArcGIS software or similar GIS platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency with Alteryx, SAS, Excel, or similar business software packages is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting technical documents.
