We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Store Development control team. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing financial processes, supporting business planning, and providing valuable insights to drive operations and organizational projects. Your analytical skills and financial expertise will contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares period close journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure financial reporting complies with GAAP and Company accounting policies

• Analyzes P&L activity to identify root causes of variances to budget/forecast, highlights trends and communicates insightful and actionable findings/recommendations to Digital and Finance leadership on timely basis to drive desired financial results

• Develops annual budgets, latest estimates and forecasts financials as it pertains to the functional area

• Prepares period end financial presentations and weekly forecasts for the Digital P&L and on-going capital projects

• Partners with the business to provide financial advice/guidance as it relates to expense management and capital expenditures

• Performs first level review of analyses completed prepared by other members of Store Development Finance team

• Supports Finance development efforts by development of appropriate financial policies, process documentation, training programs, etc. Identifies areas for process improvement and offer solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of processes and controls

• Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
• 3-5 years experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Financial Systems
