We collaborate with the business to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and integrate strategic initiatives. As an Associate Auditor, you’ll work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, contributing to audit projects that drive excellence across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process Understanding: Dive deep into the processes being audited, including key personnel, systems, strategies, and objectives. Conduct interviews, research, and observations to gain insights.

Audit Execution: Execute audit program test steps to assess control adequacy and process efficiency.

Data Analytics: Leverage data analytics to identify trends, exceptions, and process risks. Evaluate control effectiveness and quantify the impact of opportunities.

IT SOX: Assist in the execution of annual SOX testing including infrastructure, access management, and other IT general controls.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members and Company management to recommend sustainable, business-focused solutions that enhance operations and strengthen controls.

Time Management: Prioritize assignments and meet established deadlines.

Requirements

Qualities: Well-organized, proactive, and curious.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and data analysis. Google BigQuery experience a plus.

Analytical Mindset: Capable of learning and applying knowledge of risk, controls, and data analysis.

Business Acumen: General understanding of business basics and IT concepts.

Ability to travel domestically and to Mexico
