Position Summary

Copy Center Lead will direct and operate various copy, scanning and printing functions in compliance with company quality standards and procedures. This position will also need to alter files according to the print production workflow. Experienced in providing outstanding customer service when interacting with requests in person, via email or portal. Must have excellent time and project management skills with ability to balance multiple projects.


  • Lead production workflow and communicate multiple priorities and jobs. On a daily basis, must prioritize work assignments based on deadlines, overall company workload, machine capability and job need.
  • Process customer print files according to desired specifications. Print requests may be received in person, via email or portal.
  • Determine the baseline for quality control standards while maintaining excellent attention to detail when producing jobs.
  • Provides customer service by clearly presenting print information and interacting with customers clients and fellow employees. Responsible for following up with customers if a desired job needs to be adjusted.
  • Use digital equipment to create high-quality print copies from a variety of source files and/or use standard document finishing equipment.
  • In charge of stocking/replacing of toner, paper, and additional printing materials as they run out. They are responsible for ensuring that all needed supplies are fully stocked.
  • Operate Mail Insertion equipment to process daily A/P checks, tax letters, etc.
  • Monitor reports pertaining to the Copy Center weekly.
  • Provides customer service at the Copy Center window, dealing with outgoing FedEx shipments.
  • Able to assist with the Mail Center duties on a daily basis.
  • Must support both Copy Center and Mail Center in the absence of the Copy/Mail Center Supervisor.


  • High School diploma required.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • 1-3+ years’ experience with print or digital experience and dealing with bindery equipment.
  • Reliable and demonstrates the ability to lead a team.
