Sr. Customer Coordinator Brief description of Duties: Serve as a second level assistance and technical advisor to our customer Service Agents and customers. Detect areas of opportunity developing the appropriate work plan to provide mentoring, training and support to the Agents. Support Customer Service Agents with Ecomm questions or issues, provide information and seek solutions regarding Ecomm orders placed through AutoZone’s website, and take care of any escalated call in order to solve the issue in a timely manner. Support our customers by email or live chat and provide superior service through proper written response. Serve as a role model for their peers by reinforcing policies and procedures for the company and specifically for the department. Provide reporting KPI’s to the Advisor on a weekly basis. Reinforce policies outlined in the handbook. Help Advisor with scheduling for proper coverage. Qualifications and or skills required: Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Must understand the SMS system be proficient in Microsoft Excel. |
