SUMMARY
Alarm Coordinator - Dispatch and process alarm signals, cctv events, building security events, and alarm related phone traffic; maintain and update alarm processing database; make alarm programming changes as needed; document and monitor security events; assist alarm users with first level alarm system problems, (arming, disarming, force arming, minor malfunctions); perform system backups and equipment maintenance;
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dispatch and process alarm signals, CCTV events, building security events, and related phone traffic.
- Assist Central Station customers with alarm related issues.
- Maintaining alarm processing database. (Call list updates, code assignments, site information adjustments, and new account entry.)
- Alarm programming and troubleshooting. Generating reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), may include specialized or vocational courses.
- One to two years general experience
