Summary

Supply Chain Sr Manager IS & Processes Support will effectively manage and maintain advanced knowledge of DC processes and organization metrics (SMEs), manage the development, implementation, and support of ALL DC Systems, understands and communicates cause and effect of department decisions across the organization, and leads and develops cross-functional projects/plans and in-depth analyses. Oversees project life cycle which includes coordinating efforts across many different departments and various external organizations ensuring all resources are aligned to help accomplish objectives on-time and within budget. Interacts with the DC teams, Merchandising, Store Operations, IT and Supply Chain departments to provide an optimized solution for all things DC related.

Responsibilities

· Manage a team that includes assigning/monitoring day-to-day systems and operational issues, providing coaching, training and feedback of DC systems and applications to direct and indirect reports.

· Manage and track progress of multiple projects.

· Develop and maintain user-focused operational best business practice documentation for DCs.

· Cross functional collaboration with Field and SSC teams to effectively resolve day to day and long-term operational challenges.

· Develop and execute future focused strategic tactics/process.

· Lead and be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the development of team members on all DC systems, processes, and applications.

· Conducts feasibility analysis, including any financial or engineering analysis for projects.

· Maintain and update weekly DC project list to include job scope, estimate, cost vs budget, approval, testing and schedule.

· Assist in training DC system users.

· Lead/manage/coach all direct and indirect reports and provide DCs with high level of overall support.

· Ensure accurate reporting to leadership.

· Manage the on-site team’s implementations of DC system hardware and software projects.

· Collaborates with the IT department on determining the best solutions on hardware and software to meet the requirements of the DC’s.

· Lead/manage/coach teams on software and hardware user acceptance testing and identifies debugging opportunities, and work with IT to resolve issues that are identified.

· Ensure timely and accurate reporting to leadership.

· Oversee the team to provide WOW customer service to the DC’s and provide clear and concise communications for flawless execution.

· Ultimate responsibility to ensure that all DC’s systems, processes, hardware, and software are functional, up to date and operational.

· Ability to work in a Safety Sensitive environment (DC)

· Complete other duties and projects as directed by the Director, Supply Chain Support and other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

· Yes (1-5 direct reports and up to 13 indirect reports)

Requirements

· A bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in years of experience

· A minimum of 10+ years’ relevant experience in Supply Chain systems, Industrial Engineering or DC Operations

· Proven record of strong organizational and project management skills required.
