As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator, you would be involved in critical tasks that contribute to the AutoZone’s success in hiring and onboarding top talent. This pivotal role has responsibility for candidate care when it comes to interview scheduling and new hire orientation. As a TA Coordinator, you will possess strong attention to detail and accuracy creating a positive interview and onboarding experience and showcasing the company’s commitment to candidates. This role sets the stage for new AutoZoner engagement and productivity.

What you will do:

Creating a Seamless Candidate Interview Experience:

· You’ll be the master scheduler, aligning interviewers’ availability with candidates’ preferences ensuring a smooth interview process with minimal delays.

· You’ll coordinate interviews and communicate details, including time, location, and format (in-person or virtual).

· From reimbursing travel costs to covering meals, you’ll handle it all.

· A well-organized process leaves candidates impressed and eager to join the team.

Providing Concierge-Level Service:

· Candidates might have questions about the interview location or local amenities.

· Your friendly assistance makes their experience memorable and sets the tone for their potential employment.

Assisting with New Hire Onboarding:

· You will manage all aspects of New Hire Orientation and new AutoZoner in store experiences.

· You’ll play a role in welcoming new employees, ensuring a positive transition into their new jobs.

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of year of experience in related capacity
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Highly motivated with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Process oriented, organized and a strong attention to detail.
  • Desire to advance within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources is preferred
