We are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Scrum Master who is passionate to join, participate and contribute to AutoZone's Commercial team.

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of agile facilitation across multiple software development teams located in different geographic regions.
- Schedule, manage, and facilitate backlog refinement sessions, daily stand-ups, and other team events.
- Facilitate communication among product development team members to ensure that high-value work takes precedence in the backlog.
- Foster daily collaboration to remove impediments and mitigate risks.
- Advocate for Agile values, principles, and practices within the teams.
- Promote the growth of Agile maturity among product development team members, scaling best practices.
- Cultivate an environment of trust, collaboration, and experimentation within the team.
- Create information radiators to enhance visibility and transparency between development teams, stakeholders, and the organization.
- Collaborate closely with release management to ensure quality feature completion aligned with the application release cadence.
- Manage development team backlogs, including work prioritization, assignment, and tracking using Jira.
- Create, manage, and publish team metrics and reporting derived from Jira data.
- Assist in the administration of Jira to maintain an efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in management or a relevant field
- Experience in retail industry will be preferable
- Agile experience is highly desired
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in project management or scrum
- Excellent organizational, communication, management, and leadership skills
- Experience with budget, scope, and schedule management
- Excellent problem-solving ability, relevant domain, and analytical skill
- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
